Welcome to the home page of the Vancouver Theatrical and Modern Fencing Club. The club was founded in 1976 by Maitre Bac Tau and is dedicated to the classic style of French fencing. VTMFC is one of the oldest fencing clubs in BC and is the only club to offer instruction in both Theatrical and Modern Sport fencing with the epee three days a week. Maitre Bac also instructs epee and beginner foil at various locations.

As a non profit organization we are able to offer very reasonable membership rates, which includes individual lessons with our fencing master during club practice.
